Employment Opportunities

People are our most vital resource.

At VPSI, these words ring true. As described in the "About Us" section of our website, our company operates 40 offices in markets throughout the United States and Europe, yet we are relatively small with only about 130 employees. A typical office consists of one to five employees representing our company in that market. Each office is built upon camaraderie, teamwork, and innovation. Employees work with the knowledge that he/she is directly involved in providing an environment- friendly, cost effective, comfortable ride to tens of thousands of commuters daily. The attributes we seek in an employee include excellent written and verbal communication skills, MS Office proficiency, sales and organizational abilities, and a strong math aptitude.

Whenever possible, we try to promote from within. We have a selfish motive when we seek to promote from within... we want to take advantage of our investment in every employee's training and professional development. We are also a growing company, and the best way to support our expansion is to place the finest employees in charge of our new offices.

If you seek a challenging career opportunity in a smaller company where your entrepreneurial talents can make a difference, and you want to work in an industry that benefits its customers and society, we want to talk to you!

It is the policy of VPSI to treat employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion or creed, sex, national origin or ancestry, age, disability or handicap, marital status, sexual orientation, Vietnam-era or disabled veteran status, or other legally protected category. The company's executive management is committed to this policy, the principles of which have been included in an Affirmative Action Program for VPSI. Individual responsibility for implementation of the program is vested with all members of management of VPSI with our Human Resources office assigned overall responsibility to audit and report progress to ensure compliance with the policy and our affirmative action commitments. VPSI is an equal opportunity employer, and particularly encourages minorities, women, qualified individuals with disabilities, and Vietnam era veterans to apply for positions with our company.
