As you work through the process of forming your South Florida Commuter Vanpool, the information contained here will help to describe driver responsibilities and other aspects of our full service program.

Our South Florida Commuter Vanpool Driver’s Guide explains in detail the Nut’s and Bolt’s of Operating a South Florida Commuter Vanpool. A copy of the guide can be found here. The Volunteer Driver's Guide answers many questions that may arise as you and your vanpool group travel together everyday. The South Florida Vanpool Program includes bumper-to-bumper scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs for all commuter vans. We provide a comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair program that allows vanpool participants to ride to and from work in comfort and safety. Our staff of experienced commuter professionals provide a program of preventive maintenance that will maintain each vehicle's operating efficiency at an optimum level of performance assuring our vanpool groups that their vehicle is in safe operating condition.

To provide scheduled and unscheduled service and maintenance, we utilize a national network of Dodge and Ford dealerships to provide trained and tested service personnel. To increase customer convenience we also maintain accounts with over 40,000 nationally recognized vendors including: Goodyear, Pep Boys, Firestone, Jiffy Lube, Meineke, Midas, and Aamco.

Check Fluid Levels Regularly

Through this network of servicing agents there is a "neighborhood location" for service, while maintaining a national reputation for quality. Many of the authorized facilities are open evenings and weekends to provide drivers added convenience, and 24 hour towing service is provided throughout the service area.
